THE APHRODITE FESTIVAL WITH THE PINK VAMPIRE FEB 13TH 7 PM SLT AT ORIGEN'S HOLLYWOOD VENUES

This is the first of Origen’s new spectacular events in Hollywood's new schedule. It will be a Valentine’s eve show, titled “The Aphrodite Festival,” starring The Pink Vampire. And what better way to spend the night before Valentine's Day than with Aphrodite, the goddess of love. The stars and Moon will shine the light of romance around us. The voice of Aphrodite (The Pink Vampire) will arouse those deep desires and passions in us, casting her enchantments over our hearts; as she did in ancient Greece. It is time to fall in love all over again, and the Aphrodite Festival is the perfect place to do it. Bring that special someone, or find someone new at this star-crossed event.

The set designers at Hollywood Studios have gone all out creating a Mt. Olympus style venue, based on the very bad, but fun and popular Hercules and Sons of Hercules movies of the 1960’s; which started such favorites as Steve Reeves and Jane Mansfield.

This event will allow either formal or costumed attire. Guests are welcome to come in togas or as their favorite Greek God, Goddess or Greek Hero. The part of Aphrodite will be played by the Pink Vampire. This event is expected to fill up fast, so guests are advised to come early to dance and to explore this fabulous full sim build.

On May 18th, The Pink Vampire performed at the gala grand opening of Origen’s Chinese Playhouse to a packed theater. The crowds were amazed and the reviews were glowing. That event will definitely be nominated for the next Avi Choice Awards. However, before that happens, here is your chance to see it again or for the first time! When The Pink Vampire opened The Bowl at Origen’s Hollywood Venues, 105 guests filtered through the venue that night. We are expecting the same for the opening of Origen’s Chinese Playhouse on May 18th at 7pm SLT.

The Pink Vampire returns to Hollywood for this Gala Grand Opening, with what promises to be an amazing show. Pink is known for her fantastic vocals and perfect song selections ranging from jazz to pop and romance to sensual. Her musical stylings and performances are impeccable, giving her audiences the best musical experience in Second Life. Pink, who was voted one of the top three vocalists in the 2015 Live Music Awards, says she has a lot of surprises for this show and she won’t share what she has in store with anyone. We will just have to be there to see what she has planned.

Origen’s Chinese Playhouse is based on the blueprints and photos of the original 1927 version of Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, California, and the likeness is incredible. Origen says that builder Dextresis Dejavu was meticulous and obsessive about creating a version true to the original. The theater is equipped with a full working stage that is fully modifiable for singers, dance troupes and other live performances.

Origen says that only 85 guests will be allowed on the region, so it is suggested that guests come early before each show and explore McArthur Park across the street from the theater (created by Sammie Haworth-Masters), take a stroll down Hollywood Boulevard’s Walk of Fame, or enjoy the hand and foot prints of the stars in the cement in the theater’s courtyard before the show.

So, come early to get the best seats and don’t miss this one of a kind performance at Origen’s Chinese Playhouse on Hollywood Blvd in Second Life.

THE GRAND OPENING OF THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL IN SL!

The Gala Grand Opening of The Hollywood Bowl in Second Life is set for January 2nd at 7pm, SLT. This fabulous event will star Second Life’s premier vocalist, The Pink Vampire. She will be performing 11 new songs that she has prepared just for this event; that is almost 3/4 of her show. There will be dance numbers choreographed by the amazing and talented Shadow Tarber. We also expect the rumors about a spectacular pyrotechnics show are true, too (I just love fireworks).

The owner of The Hollywood Ballroom, Origen Resident, was asked about opening this venue, “Why here and why now?” Origen commented, “The Pink Vampire forced my hand. The crowds coming to her shows are so big, The Hollywood Ballroom simply can’t hold them anymore. During her last show, we had to turn people away. So, we set up a make shift sound system outside the ballroom and people were dancing on Hollywood Blvd. With The Hollywood Bowl we have room for everyone who wants to attend her performance and many other performances that will be held there.”

This is a special event and invitations are being sent out to all of the A-listers in town. The Paparazzi is sure to be sneaking around (I know, I’m sending them), so wear your best formal and cocktail attire; you want to look good for our society page.

The Pink Vampire Missing for 3 Days - Fans Frantic

 The Pink Vampire left her home in the fabulous Hollywood Hills Monday Nov. 23rd at about 2pm SLT, sources say. She was supposed to arrive about 11pm at the home of friends Don and Ellen Baker in Ely, NV where she was planning to spend a few days and share a Thanksgiving dinner. The Police blots indicate that the Baker’s reported The Pink Vampire missing at 2am the following morning. They were told that they would have to wait 48 hours before anything could be done. That is when Mrs. Baker mentioned the missing person was The Pink Vampire. The police immediately sprang into action. An APB was put out for the songstress’ easy to spot pink Mercedes. The FBI was called in after 24 hours of searching. It was at this point that news leaked of the missing star and fans became frantic. The amazing singing sensation and regular performer at The Hollywood Ballroom was gone without a trace. There were no breaks in the case until The Pink Vampire showed up on the doorstep of the Baker’s home early this morning, completely unaware that three days had passed since she had left Hollywood or that anyone was looking for her. When our reporters asked an insider, who wished to remain anonymous, about what happened, his only response was that her route did take her past area 51.

The Hollywood Chamber announced today that The Pink Vampire has been selected to be the next recipient of a coveted Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony will take place this Saturday October 3rd at 6:45pm, SLT, in front of The Hollywood Ballroom and Theater.

She will be receiving the Star for her legendary vocal talents, both on stage and her recordings. One member of the selection committee commented anonymously, “There was no question as to whether The Pink Vampire would get a Star, but when. The tipping point for presenting it to her now was her tireless effort behind the scenes to make every performance and recording perfect, according to her high standards. It’s as if she is trying to steal the title of ‘The hardest working person in show business’ from the late James Brown.”

Fans should arrive early to get a good spot to view the placing of the star. Immediately after the ceremony, The Pink Vampire will take to the stage at The Hollywood Ballroom for what promises to be yet another great performance.”
