When it comes to Net Neutrality, many people are absolutely clueless as to what it is and how it can impact their internet use and even their very lives.
Additionally, there are many who use Second Life not only as a form of entertainment but also to conduct business in which they generate a real income.
Limelight is happy to announce our second event to promote Net Neutrality awareness and action.
On September 12, 2017, we will hold 24 hours of events at our club and encourage other clubs to do the same.
As with our first event in July, we will have a donation box, and all donations will be sent to the Electronic Frontier Foundation (http://eff.org). We have donation boxes available for clubs that would like to promote Net Neutrality awareness on the 12th with us. They are available free of charge by simply contacting Misticia Moonwall or Mackenzie Souther.
We're also providing articles so people can educate themselves further on the subject and also contact their representatives in order to effect change at BattleforSecondLife.wordpress. com.
Hope to see you there, and let's keep the internet free!
