What is consciousness?
Is it something only humans have?
Or do all animals have it? Or all living things? Or does everything that exists have some form
of consciousness? Are galaxies conscious?
Or subatomic particles?
People used to think that each planet had a spirit. And nowadays Japanese Shintoists think that
there is mind in everything. Could they
be right?
Could an android like Data be conscious? ...
