If you refer someone to live in one of our houses and they stay here at least 3 weeks, you can earn up to a free week of rent. If their lease amount is greater than yours, you may earn a full week. If their lease amount is less than yours, you will earn up to the value of their lease.
For example, if you own a house and pay 2100L/wk, and a friend gets a house at 1050/wk, you will earn 4 extra days of rent. The math: (2100L/7 days = 300L/day; 1050L/300L/day = 3.5 days, rounded up to 4)
It's that simple. They must stay a full 3 weeks. After that, you will be credit the appropriate time to your box.

In addition to the credit you can now also receive a 5% discount for every week there after that your referral continues to rent.
The weekly discount is only good for 1 Referral per person/rental.
