Rapture Offers Exclusive Items at Fashion for Life!

Rapture is a brand new line in Second Life offering original mesh clothing designed by Gin Rayna. 

The designer behind the RAPTURE brand debuted the collection at this year’s Penumbra Fashion Week with an event opening fashion show.  The collection received rave reviews and it’s already been invited to be part of SL’s top magazines.  Do to the demand for more pieces to hit the store, and therefore the need for more prims, is putting RAPTURE in the running with the biggest stores in SL.   The brand’s staff have been busy putting together an estate for the label where smaller stores are also available for rent.  You can also take a break from shopping and dance your heels off at the Oblivion nightclub.

Rayna isn’t a noob when it comes to fashion.  Being a fashion designer in RL with a successful collection for the past 10 years, she is bringing her style and uniqueness to SL offering stunning dresses, out of the ordinary shorts, sexy tops, non typical pants and bustiers with a twist.  Designer Gin Rayna has also created exclusive designs offered only at this Summer’s Fashion for Life event including a stunning metal evening gown to die for.

Silk Dreams Designs, a woman's fashions store since 2007, has created an exclusive design for the Fashion for Life benefit.

The outfit is a mesh long skirt and matching system top in beautiful, soft silk fabric with an original tropical design. Fifty percent of each Silk Dreams Designs outfit sold benefits the American Cancer Society.

  The event opened at 6am Saturday June 7^th and runs through midnight on June 20^th to campaign and raise funds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

We really like that Fashion For Life inspires in-world collaboration and socialization for a great cause.  The FFL event truly is an example of the power SL can apply to our Real Lives.

Fashion For Life is one of the ‘mega-events’ associated with the popular Relay For Life, and is the only fashion-inspired SL event officially tied to RFL.  There are ten beautifully crafted sims to explore that feature more than 150 designers of clothing, accessories and poses.  All items are exclusive to the Fashion For Life event through June 20^th.  You can’t get these items anywhere else!

Every item on sale at the Fashion For Life event is also a donation item.  Designers and creators donate anywhere between 15 – 100% of all sales to benefit the American Cancer Society.
