Day, this week's featured artist is none other than the talented Zachh
Cale, a unique singer, and keyboardist. He re-interprets popular songs in ways you've never heard before. - with original arrangements sometimes pre-conceived, sometimes created on-the-spot.
You can
hear some of his classical training in his performance, but you can
also, hear his personal passion and expression which is unique to him. If
you enjoy live playing, a wide range of music (pop, rock, jazz), then
you'll love Zachh Cale!
Next up at 6pm SLT, debuting this week at our special Valentine's themed venue is Phemie Garfield (also known as Phemie Alcott), an acoustic singer/songwriter playing her piano across the grid since 2007. She has a lovely tone to her voice that layers beautifully with the warm keys of her piano. You will get sucked
into the stories she weaves in the songs she covers as well as the
haunting originals she shares with us.
Phemie's song selection
is varied spanning both time and genre. From the moment you hear those
first few keys break through the quiet until the last notes she sings at
the end of the hour you'll be glad you stopped by and looking forward
to the next time.
