Seanchai Library's Gets Their "Spook" On!

Looking for ghost stories?  As All Hallows Eve approaches, Seanchai Library will be abroad this weekend on the Second Life grid, presenting ghostly tales of Halloween and frightful delights of literature:

SATURDAY, October 28th

TALES & TUNES OF THE HAUNTING SEASON at Noon 

A stories for H.P. Lovecraft! Are you mad?!  If you know your Lovecraft, then you know that madness might very well be involved.  What better time of year to share Lovecraft and Lovecraftian tales.  Seanchai Library and Friends bring selected works to the Innsmouth Opera House, live in voice. BYOS = Bring your own Scream. Followed at 2pm by musician Wald Schridde with "unsettling songs of death and beyond."

VICTORIAN GHOST STORIES at the Time Portal, 3:30pm 

"I want you to believe ... to believe in things that you cannot." (Bram Stoker from Dracula)

Frankenstein, Dracula, and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde - so many great works of gothic fiction penned and popular during the Victorian era.  Seanchai Library and Friends bring selections from these, and similar works, to the Time Portal in the spirit of the season, live in voice (90 minutes) in the Time Portal Victorian Zone

SUNDAY, October 29th

The Second Annual GREAT BOO! at Holly Kai Park 

@ Noon - Tales of the season presented by Seanchai Library and Friends.

@ 2pm - DJ Joy Canadeo rocks the terrestrial plain, and the "beyond" with great tunes among the spirits.  Grab a ghostly friend and join in the dance! Both events benefit Feed-a-Smile, Kenya and will be held in the specially rezzed "Haunted Holly Kai" courtesy of Pandemonium.
