JAPAN FAIR 2014 ~Japanese creativity in Second Life~Official Charity event of Shelter BOX April 5th-April 20th 2014

We are very happy to introduce to you “Japan Fair 2014”, a Japanese themed charity event.

This event will be from April 5 to April 20, and we will introduce many amazing creators, artists and entertainers, all from Japan, to the rest of the world.

This event is also an official charity event by ShelterBox, an organization that sends aids and supports countries that has suffered from major natural disasters. In 2011, in the midst of the horrible Japan Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami disaster, Japan received tremendous support from all over the world, and we wanted to re-pay this one way or another. ShelterBox was one of many organizations that supported us, that is why we chose this wonderful group to work with for Japan Fair 2014 event.

We have an amazing 62 brands joining us for this event.
Not only are there clothing, but jewelry, cars, poses and animations, and many various genres of creation.
We are certain that it will be an amazing event.

The SIM has been designed with a traditional Japanese Garden theme.
Each runway shows and entertainment events will be performed on a stage built with the theme of “Noh”, a Japanese traditional theatre.
Please stop by our beautiful SIM and explorer the Japanese culture.

The exclusive item proceeds for Japan Fair 2014 will be donated at 100% to ShelterBox.

All other items will be donated at 15% of the sales.
*All vendors will have a script where the sales percentage will be forwarded to a charity account.

A new charity account has been created for this event.

All sales proceeds will be sent to this account, and 100% of the collected funds will be donated to ShelterBox.
All transaction records of this account will be posted on this blog.

Several Donation boxes will be set up on various spots on the SIM for easy access and donations.

This Donation Box will be sent to all supporting designers and creators.
If you wish to set up a donation box in your store or SIM, please contact us.
