Whoever said the fight begins on the field have never met the Broncos. As members of the Independent Global Football League (IGFL), football is more than just a game; it is legacy which began as members of the Second Life National Football League (SLNFL) where the Broncos obtained glory as the 2010 Super Bowl Champions. That winning spirit continued in 2011 when the Broncos became IGFL AFC Champions.
Step onto Champions Realm, home of Broncos Stadium, at any time, and you will find players hard at work in the gym. With high motivation and a strong workout ethic, week after week the Broncos players continually max out their workout requirement several times above league expectations.
Leading the charge is Broncos team Owner/Captain Kaino Hotshot. Not only does Kaino bring to the team years of football experience, and a history of illustrious titles carried over from the SLNFL such as “Captain of the Year”, "Offensive player of the Game 3 times" & "AFC "MVP", he also brings a simple motto: PREPARATION and DEDICATION. “Honor, Respect & Greatness are quality's that are not given they’re EARNED". Words Kaino not only lives by, but stresses to the team.
Patterned after INVESCO Field at Mile High, Broncos Stadium is one of the largest and most prestigious sports venues in Second Life. With its very own night club, “Club Superstar”, and several retail stores available, Broncos Stadium is newcomer friendly and quickly becoming one of the premier locations for shopping, touring or just hanging out.
The IGFL Broncos Stadium has become more than just a place to see the great competitive sports game of football, but also a place for great entertainment. One upcoming event scheduled for the stadium is the L$2000 Best in Sports Wear Tailgating Party being hosted by Black Soul Rhythms Radio this Saturday, October 27th from 5-7pm slt (8-10 est) The Broncos invite everyone to come out dance, mingle, and enjoy the Hip Hop and R&B Jamz of DJ Sunny Love and SmokingJewelz.
