August 26^th – 27th:  The Sisters of Sigma Upsilon Nu, SL Sorority & KHNY Honey 103 will sponsor a charity event dedicated to raising funds to address the malnutrition and dying children in East Africa. CNN has reported that food supplies will be fully exhausted within only a few weeks in Somalia refugee camp, effecting 600,000 people.

All funds will be donated to The Save Our Children Foundation www.savethechildren.org

We are open to sponsors on the SL Grid to help support the cause.  All sponsors are acknowledged on the Sigma Upsilon Nus’s website and in our fan group (located on Facebook, and inworld).
