Stacey visits the Virtual Six Man Football League...With the SFL Super Bowl taking place this weekend, you'd think that football is over on SL until next season... but No!
The Virtual Six Man Football League is starting up operations. Known to friends as the VSF, they are a fun-first league. 11 players per team, 6 on the field at once. This may prove useful in fighting lag.
The offense will be 2 lineman (3 if you foresake the tight end), 2 wide receivers, a running back and a quarterback. They'll script plays, and run off poseballs. The defense will use the arrow keys to chase people around. If you get near the ball-carrier, you tackle him or her.
The VSF is just starting up, and you can get in on the ground floor if you like. They need owners, players, cheerleaders, and fans. They'll be having an Open House this weekend, where you can get information on how to get involved. Girls can play in this league, btw.
The league plans to kick it all off in August, after a lot of training. The open house is this saturday and Sunday, 12-4 PM SLT. Contact Patty Miami if you need help.
